


Returns and Complaints
Withdrawal from the Agreement
If:
A) you are a consumer
or
B) you are an individual, and the agreement you entered into with us after December 31, 2020, is directly related to your business activity but is not of a professional nature for you,
- in principle, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement concluded remotely.
You can withdraw from the agreement by submitting a statement of withdrawal, for example, via email to: wolfcarbon@wolfcarbon.pl
Please return the item to us promptly at the address: ul. Bażantów 7, 43-384 Jaworze, but no later than 14 days from the day you withdrew from the agreement.
You can withdraw from the agreement within 14 days.
The 14-day withdrawal period begins:
- For an agreement where we deliver an item and are obligated to transfer its ownership: from the moment you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the item.
- For an agreement involving multiple items delivered separately, in parts, or in batches: from the moment you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the last item, batch, or part.
Sending the withdrawal statement before the deadline is sufficient to meet the withdrawal period.
Payments you have made, including delivery costs as specified in the terms and conditions, will be refunded to you promptly, but no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal statement.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned item or proof of its return, whichever occurs first.
Please note that the right to withdraw from a remote agreement does not apply, among others, to agreements:
- Where the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item made to your specifications or tailored to your individual needs;
- Where the subject of the service is an item that deteriorates quickly or has a short shelf life;
- Where the subject of the service is an item delivered in a sealed package that cannot be returned after opening due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the package was opened after delivery;
- Where the subject of the service is sound or visual recordings or computer programs delivered in a sealed package, if the package was opened after delivery.

Complaints
If the product purchased from us turns out to be defective, you have the right to file a complaint based on the warranty. Complaints should preferably be submitted via email to: wolfcarbon@wolfcarbon.pl or by mail to the address: ul. Bażantów 7, 43-384 Jaworze.
The defective item should be sent to the address: ul. Bażantów 7, 43-384 Jaworze.
In connection with the defect, you can request:
- Replacement of the item with one free of defects,
- Repair of the defect,
or submit a statement regarding:
- Price reduction,
- Withdrawal from the agreement – in the case of a significant defect.
We are liable for defects found within two years from the date the item was delivered to you.
As a general rule, you can file a complaint within one year of noticing the defect, but the time to file a complaint cannot end before the seller's liability period expires.
Your complaint will be addressed (processed) within 14 days from the date we receive your complaint.
